I am using it, and like it a lot. I got "creative" using both supplied mounts to get it into the location I wanted, and it works great. Just emptied it today. Had a few ounces in the PCV side tank and nothing in the vent side tank.

This is where I mounted mine. It may be too far away to be effective. Have never empty it yet so don't know.

If you get the individual DC3 cans there is room to mount one on the firewall behind the pcv with a existing oem bolt that holds a square looking black relay.
Thats where I mounted the can with the provided bracket and it is level with the valve cover. The line routing from pcv-can-intake is shorter too.

I have mine installed right next to master cylinder. It is the dual can setup. I had to tap a small hole to do this into the firewall but I am not too worried about it. Its a tight fit but when I was all done I still had around 4 feet of line left of the 10 feet that was included. I will try to post a picture.
