CBRD,
Is this going on an VIII or a IX?
Sounds like it will be a good test though. What other supporting mods will the car have?
Keep us posted.
Mine is getting tuned in 12 days! Can't wait... Unfortunately it will be a road tune so I won't have numbers....

we will be testing the ebay exhaust, albeit catless......
ill post numbers up as soon as i have them.

I tuned a 05 with a FPgreen this weekend. The car ended up having problems but I can tell the FPgreen is going to be a great turbo.
The car did 341whp at 21psi and low timing on 100octane. On this mustang dyno the stock turbo usually needs 25-26psi and a bunch more timing to make this kinda of power. It also held torque with a flatline to 6,000 rpm. I could only run 0 degrees advance at peak torque. The car also hit full boost at 3900 rpm in 3rd gear on the dyno.
All this on a car that wouldn't take any timing and had some fueling issues I believe.
I am impressed so far. My personal FPgreen should be here tomorrow. Once I get it on, I will be doing 100 and 91 octane tunes with it.
Once we figure out the problems on this other evo I will be posting results from that as well.

Well I also have the ported/coated exhaust, coated o2, 3" TBE, AMS LICP, TurboXS FMIC, Denso 720cc injectors and the first generation GSC IX Mivec cams. It's only going to be tuned on 93oct but I think after hearing what you guys are saying I think I will probably be pretty happy with the results if all goes well...

Your car should be a good guinea pig, as it is a torque monster. I am real curious how the torque with the EvoGreen will compare to the torque that your engine puts out with the 16G. There have been a few examples of cars with the EvoGreen that produce good power on the dyno, but with mediocre torque numbers. I can´t wait to see the dyno results from your blue Evo.

yea soon2beevo or electricevo car is sick
I'm happy with my green. I'm waiting on the AMS VSR intake manifold and match it with a stock bore out 65mm Throttle body. I'm aiming for 400whp on straight 91 octane. I'm also goign to run straight 100 octane and turn up the boost to 26psi, I'm not sure on how much it would put down though.
