fpevo green dyno numbers
James is on here, hopefully he'll pop in again. He's posted his setup in the past, there was a thread about a local event where he went 11.52 at around 118 on the stock turbo. He's on the green and DSMlink. James is an excellent driver, but the 124-125mph should be encouraging for us regular folk.
your trap speeds are very low, indicating you are making around 400+ BHP. that's less than one can get on the stock turbo with full boltons + pump gas...
Could be the tune or a restriction holding you back - what do you have on the car?

I never thought i'd say this but I hate the fact that I cannot get out of the 12's on the green and pump. Today went 12.2, 12.4 ,12.7 all around 112-115mph. The wind was 25mph i nthe wrong directions so I am sure that didnt help. I'm sure it'll go 11's as soon as its 60+. So far I love this turbo, with race gas it'll be silly.

Bosshog it's easy to speak from behind a computer screen isn't it. What are your track numbers and have you tried racing in 35 degree weather? It could be the 25mph head wind or no traction or cold as weather holding me back. Did you see anyone else post any green ALL PUMP track numbers aside Kevin and I?
Blockhed, I think everyone on here (except Blue Evo 8, j/k
) is hoping that the Green will be the ultimate pump gas DD bolt-on turbo - needless to say, we have some high expectations.
When you originally posted up your dyno #'s (400awhp), I have to admit I was expecting you to trap 119; while hoping that a fully bolt-on, cammed IX with Green would trap 120 on pump.
I appreciate the results you have posted from BOTH the dyno and the track on PUMP gas, as it has been helpful to the majority of us here.

Muddock the way the car sits it will go 119 when it gets warmer out. It's hard to get a good ET and MPH when you are doing it in 35 degree weather with head wind. I'm not making excuses just going to wait until its 60+ outside. Just be patient the numbers you guys anticipated will come soon.
Running times with your keyboard and actually going out there and getting the job done is a big difference...
No its not. I made 378whp and my car is full weight and I went 118mph on pump gas on the stock turbo. The Green on my car on pump should go 120mph.
+1 I hope you do well man, bolt ons with the stock 9.8 hotside I went 12.5@107 and cams will be here next week . . . are you selling your old turbo; obviously I just need the 10.5 hotside. PM me if you'd like. good luck to you
I agree that this is only speculation on paper, and real-world times/traps may vary; but, in general, as an Evo (stock/stock-like turbo) gains 10whp/10wtq, the trap should go up 1mph while ET should go down 0.1s.
i.e. take someone who has some experience on the dragstrip and has repeatable numbers: (the first two times are as run by Warrtalon and are listed on his Stage I packages...)
300whp (DJ) - 12.3 @ 110
330whp (DJ) - 12.0 @ 113
340whp (most IX's with bolt-ons + O2 housing + 24psi) - trap 114
380whp (Soon2BEvo) - trap 118
400whp - one would assume (given the above pattern) a trap close to 120mph

as for head wind, I dont think it should matter much unless you have 40-50 MPH gusts.... its not like you are in a jet plane at 35000 Ft flying against the jet stream... I mean we're in a car accelerating as fast as we could before the 1/4 mile mark and not in a jet plane going 500+ MPH with 100+ MPH headwinds....
