i don't know why anybody would complain about having a car with a turbo that can lay down 400-500 horsepower depending on what you want. its not really anything to shake a stick at. both numbers are very very high and would dominate anything on the street anyways.

Excellent point! I haven't lost a race yet (over 50 cars, 4 new ZO6's, numerous LS1's,GT500,numerous other mustangs w/ more then 470whp,C6 w/ 500whp, numerous big block 11 second muscle cars etc.. )
When I lose then I might be prompted to do something more-Until then we'll see what happens

I think thats a great way to look at it. I would be very happy with 400whp on a daily driver/weekend drag racer (fun runs). And like he said, Maybe your not getting 600whp+ like some of those GT35R's, but you have freakin 400-475whp now on a car that came with 230-250whp factory? Thats a fun car no matter how you look at it!

I was planning on the 50 trim all along, but then I saw that the green could be bolted on stock parts and that sounded like a great option. You can also sell it later if you decide you wanna go bigger. But for now, I am going green, and the practicing racing before I try for more!

Yup, you also forgot he not only making 475wp but he also making 470lbs of torque with that power range. This thing will pull like a monster. I'll see if i can get the same number as fast frank in a couple months. I'll be getting my AMS VSR with a 65mm TB install soon and a retune on 91. My goal is to hit 400whp on srtaight 91 octane.

big fast frank with those power level and torque.

Frank, your numbers are super, man .
I know what your car feels like. I am sure very much the same as Curts used to when he put down those ^^^ numbers.
If you drive it good, with a little weight reduction, you would be close. I say close, because Curt is, well, you know, Curt Brown, .

great numbers.. but i'm even more confused about which cam to go with for this turbo. the norm appeared to be a cam such as revolver or piper ultimate road, but now we have someone making great power and torque on some hks 272's that don't have nearly the lift as the other two (might just be a freak). so what's the final recommendation fellas? i'm still leaning towards revolver, but only because pipers are just too darn expensive.
