Everything is a trade-off. You can get really aggressive cams, but they will idle rough. Figure out what you want and then go from there.

Stays over 400 tell 6800 that is a fast car. I only put down 405 on this turbo what am I doing wrong?

What is the trade off really? Why do people cry about rough idles? If you are doing cams, you obviously are at the point that you are yanking every last HP out of your car.

those numbers are super impressive man

Don't expect torque like that unless you're running C-16 and 30+ psi
