I had those same mods a week ago, car was slow compared to what it is now after my tune. I had knock and uneven power.

Mellon tuned my car, did an amazing job all you need is a labtop and some basic computer skills and Chris from Mellon will explain everthing you need to do. He tuned mine three different times to get it exactly right all for one price. And he will explain everything he does and make sure it is safe and powerfull

Why not get the full intake filter instead of the drop in?

because the drop-in is an inexspensive basic start that a) can flow enough for most basic mods, and even mild cams b) saves some dollars so he can get more mods earlier or use that extra$$ for a custom tune vs. the mail in flash which gives you decent #'s but not matched best for your car. As most of us know everyones engine behaves just a little more different compared to the next guy. To also answer the original ? you won't hurt your car by driving non-tuned, just won't be as happy because the difference from stock is minimal until the tune. Good Luck either way you go
