Mr. Buschur: HTA 35R with .63 hotside instead of .82?
(Instead of putting .82 A/R)
I was test fitting the O2 housing(2.5 from hta 35R kit) earlier and thought about fabricating 2.75 or 3in O2 housing...
Will I gain/loose power or something if I put 2.75 or 3 inch O2 housing in my HTA 35R kit w/ .63 a/r???

I'm no turbo expert at all but I'm running a 3 inch o2 housing. TTech figured if we were going to run a full 3" exhaust, we might as well start at the turbo. We'll see how it does pretty soon. Here is a good pic of it.
Hardly any tuner has been able to see the advantage.
One thing is almost for sure, the 3 inch housing CANNOT hurt being that it is after the wheel, the only downside is that its bigger and leaves less clearance.
Most every tuner uses the 2.5 inch outlet, AMS's kit comes with the 5 bolt ford discharge, not the 3 inch GT style or 2.5 inch that is common on most every kit.
