What size intercooler and intercooler piping are you running? Will that effect the
3" TB that is on the Hypertune intake.
I'm just thinking that going to a larger TB and not having the support system in place it may not be much of an advantage.

Does the AMS or DI have a spot for the EGR, so it can be used with the stock ecu?

The AMS VSR intake manifold does not support retaining the stock EGR. Having said that, I run it with my stock ECU ... just another CEL to ignore, but obviously no good for emissions testing.

Off Topic, but can there be a patch written to eliminate the EGR CEL light? Much like the one that was written for the Rear O2?

Dave, why do you chose to use a mbc over the boostcontrol solenoid?

There's one floating around out there somewhere, though chances are it's not for your ROM.

No EGT provisions on any of them.

2.5" i/c pipe and FMIC outlet. The 3" throttle body will still have benefits or atleast not be equal to how the other intakes were tested.

I use a manual controller because the one we use works very good. I use one because I can rely on it. I use it because I haven't found an electronic one I liked yet. Mostly I use it because I am back woods-flannel shirt wearing-redneck

Yes, and it works! I have it on my 05 right now, I left the solenoids plugged in for now, but all hoses and EGR have been eliminated (and blocked off). Search EcuFlash forum for 'EGR' find a post by mrfred and there's one quick bit on the EGR disabling
