Is all of that the savings in the shaft itself, or does that include the savings attributable to the non-rotating parts associated with removing a joint?

3) it is 14.5lbs in weight savings over the stock driveshaft

will it work on my evo 7...

ok i get that its 14.5 lbs lighter. but is that also 14.5 rotational mass lighter????

what i mean is lets sat the stock drive shaft weighs 40lbs. but 30 of it is the rotating shaft. your Drive shaft could be 14.5 lbs lighter but only 7.5lbs of it is actual rotational savings. so what is the actual rotational savings over stock.

Thers is nice to but the price and the actual rotational weight difference is not worth it at all. Imho

Losing the static weight is good, but losing rotational weight is better I would think..... need more info.

Blue evo 8

Same thing I'm saying.. I almost bought the devo one but then saw the actual rotational savings and the price. So now my eyes are on this one.

Read Mitch's original post, you are loosing nearly 15 lbs from the driveshaft, that means actual rotational weight, 15 lbs from a device that rotates! Call up Devo and speak to them, they can explain where you are gaining the benefits.

There is a difference from saving static weight vs rotational weight. Just cause it says ''driveshaft'' does not mean its 15lbs rotational. Other things are removed/deleted.
