Nice numbers bro, Tried and true mods really show up on the dyno big time dont they. Im sure you could lean that thing out a tad more and possibly gain a little more on top. 11.7:1 is still a tad rich.
Mine is dynoed at Brain Storm Performance using Dynamic Test Systems Dyno:
First run: 240.8 hp @5225 RPM / 281.7 lb-ft @ 3247 RPM
with RRE Reflash, K&N drop-in filter and Blitz EBC Type-R, stock exhaust.
Second run: 259 hp @ 5476 RPM / 292.6 lb - ft @3483 RPM
with the addition of AVO Turbo-back system that I purchased from them (it's very quiet, only a little louder than stock when WOT).
You'll notice that the unusual high torque is due to the RRE reflash.

Stock: 210 HP, 210 Tq. With boost restrictor pill removed: 222 HP, 230 Tq. This was recorded on a Gtech Pro Competition, not a dyno. I had vehicle weight set to 3500 lbs. for an Evo with sunroof + my 180 lb. ***. That's just an estimate on the weight, which is important to the Gtech's HP & Tq calculations.

Where is it and what is their phone number?!?!
Finally got my car to FAME automotive (Dyno Authority) in Redmon to get my car on the rollers again. They have a Mustang Dyno BTW.
First pull - 296hp/241tq
:Turbo Back exhaust
:21 psi
:Xede base map
After tuning - 310hp/249tq
Just leaned it out a little more up top... I also richened it up between 2000 and 3000. The turbo spooled quicker and I saw about 20hp between 2k and 3k.
All in all it was an excellent session! Just me, the laptop, and Tim!

btw the Mustand dyno's always seem to read weird. My torque has always been lower on it, even when stock. Also - my AFR was about 11.4 so I can still lean it out a little. My timing #'s were also in order, so I believe no timing was being yanked by ecu. Still getting 21 degrees advance at redline too.
If anyone wants to compare Xede maps, let me know. Or I can try to post my MAF map. Im pretty much leaving the Timing map alone, as the base one is already yanking some good timing in the upper RPMs.

How did you guys find using XMAP. Pretty easy? Tricky? In the middle?
Any areas we need to work on?
cheers,
shiv
PS. Glad to hear you squeezed out some more power over the baselines. In just about every custom dyno session I've conducted, our baseline maps are usually 10-15whp detuned. Happy to see your results right in line

I take that 241 torque back, its really 271 wheel torque baseline, 279 wheel torque after my tuning was done. I wasnt looking at my dyno printout when I was typing....
Xmap = EASY as hell. Shiv, if I can use it, anyone can use it. Its very very very easy to use. I'm using your 91 octane base map, but I have it leaned about more than your 93 octane base map. Im using the 91 base because you have the timing being pulled just about perfect, so I dont have to really mess with that map. I just have to lean out the MAF a lot, because I'm using some good 94 octane... My AFRs are still perfect at 11.4-11.5
Could I still lean it out some more???

I will run my 100% stock car, then do turbo back and run it again. I am going to run it on the same dyno and after every mod. I will post the info here so that others can see what works and what does not. 1st mod is going to be Buschur Turbo back with high flow cat.
Shiv - we NEED an auto tune function. Like the AEM system has. If you set the dyno up for a certain load, then you meet that load, lets say 40mph, and are under full boost, it would be nice if the Xede could automatically accept a given AFR. Like if I wanted 11.5 at a certain load and RPM point, I could just input that and hold the car at that load and rpm for a few seconds while the Xede would adjust for the given AFR... does that make sense??
