I need guidance

First off my goals are roughly 450-550hp with meth, with that being said how can I reach those numbers. I know I can slap on a 35R but I want to be able to use it to it's full potential and still keep it streetable. I'm really open to suggestions. Which would be the best way to reach my goal. I'm pushing 341hp/320tq at 22lbs right now. Another thing, I want to switch out my HKS 272 for Kelford 272.

Spool up is pretty important but it's not the world to me.

I leave for Iraq in December, I'll be there for 7 months, so I plan on comming back with roughly $15,000.

For the goals you mentioned...I would say the green....or possibly the red. I know 450whp is possible on the green with meth and well If you ever wanted to make more then do the red. Those Kelfords are great cams...I would do the switch also.

you don't need meth to get HP within that range:

here's my current mod list:

BR HTA 35R 5 bolt .63 @ 30psi on 93 octane
HKS 280 cams
PTE 1000cc injectors
BR twin walbro fuel pumps
BR 3" tbe, test pipe, bullet muffler
BR 3" intake pipe + Mas adapter
BR UICP
BR Mini Battery
BR Race FMIC
ARP head studs
PPI ported stock intake manifold
PPI 65MM throttle body

Will I be pushing the green or red close or to it's full potential to acheive my goals?

Well, it's not that I'll need meth to reach my goals. I just like the idea of having 20%-30% extra tq at the ready whenever I need it.

+1 I dont wanna rely on a nozzle to spray everytime I get on my car to determine if my engine is going to blow up or not. If you do, please get multiple failsafes

Do you have E85 available to you in your area? If so I'd suggest going with an FP Red. Even if not there is another car that just threw down about 446 on pump with a Red on a dynojet.

Well if your getting the green and use meth, I would think that if you want 450whp you'd be pushing the green to about 75-80 % of its potential.

Since you want between 450-500WHP on(I assume) the stock head and MAF sensor, even with Meth, I would do the Red. You won't have a chance at 500 with the Green. But, even 450 with the Green.... is rarified air.

I'm also very open for suggestions. I'm not set on the green or red. What would you guys do to acheive about 450-550hp?
I'm also pretty restricted to bolt-ons only, so race heads, stroker kits and such are out of the question. I'll only come back with roughly 15K. So how would you guys use the 15K to make a sick nasty Evo?

Because of past experiences in my youth, I am a bit hesitant to use Meth. Now you've gone and raised the ante to 500-550WHP,which is up from your original target HP! If it was mine, I would rather try to get to this HP level with a larger turbo on pump gas than with a bolton turbo+Meth.

I would get either a Buschur cast, or tubular HTA 35 kit, a double pumper, drop-in pistons, headstuds and rod bolts, BR Stage III head, 65 mm TB, ported IM, bigger injectors, and a bigger FMIC. You would still have a considerable chunk of your $15M left over, I think. Also, depending on availability in your area, an E85 tune might be a nice final touch!
