A picture with the belt on everything else excluding the A/C, and yes...the tensioner was bucked to the gonadz.

And a second attempt with putting it on the crank and trying to get it over the PS pulley.

So... Looks like I need to either get either one of the two of these belts.

K060588 = 59.375"
Or
K060594 = 60"

Finally got the time to provide an update. These were the belts I tried over the last month or two. Thank me later

Something I noticed. I think the first K060578 I tried must have been an OLD version (You can tell by the case) or I just didn't have the tensioner slack enough. But on the second attempt with a newer belt it went on "Like a glove"

Below are the results with the tensioner fully released, and then put back on if it was possible.

K060569 = 57-1/2” (Did not work)
K060573 = 57.901” (Did not work)
K060575 = 58” (Did not Work)
K060578 = 58.378” (Perfect Fit!)
K060586 = 59 1/4' (Snug with barely any tension. Belt will slip under load)
K060588 = 59.375" (Slack with no tension. This belt will slip)
K060594 = 60" (Don't even bother. This belt is just way too big)

It benefits people in diff ways. I just bought a gates belt for AC delete because my AC compressor went bad and the pulley was binding causing the serp belt to slip. Compressor is anywhere from $400-$1300. Rather than pay to fix a component I wont need for the next 6 months (winter is coming ) I decided to leave the bad compressor in and just buy the shorter belt to bypass the compressor pulley. After winter is over ill most likely buy the compressor and factory belt and fix the AC... even though I don't even use the AC.

I'm experiencing the same exact problem on my car. Used the A/C clutch service kit from the dealer on my compressor last fall and now the air gap is closed and clutch is seized up. I couldn't get the clutch off with hand tools so I'm thinking of just buying the shorter belt until next year or whenever I get around to replacing the compressor.

I work in parts and the OE non-a/c belt crosses to Gates K060569.

Is belt replacement possible without removing the RF wheel or raising the vehicle?

actually in the process of replacing belt now. I originally bought the k060578 (58 3/8"), then i read someone saying the k060569 (57 1/2") was the correct one. They're about an inch different in length so i purchased both and I'm trying the longer one first. Ill update when job is done...

RF wheel need to come off and car needs to be jacked up, it wasn't easy but it is doable. confirmed that k060578 is the correct size. k060569 was an inch shorter and wouldn't have fit, maybe if motor was pulled out of car so you could really get force on the tensioner but not while motor is in car. k060578 gave pulley about 1/2"-3/4" of play meaning k060569 woudve been tight to the max and belt most likely would've snapped and/or caused too much stress on other pulleys possibly causing one to break shortly after.
