Megan Manifold with Meth?

I was thinking of buying the megan manifold from a guy I knew for 50 brand new and was wondering if that stainless steel (i think that is what its made out of) is safe or good with a meth kit?

A water/meth mix helps to lower combustion temps, but the megan manifold won't really offer any gains other than maybe looking shiny for a little while and possibly cracking down the road.

I have the Ebay version and it hasn't cracked yet. It did rust up though, I just took it off and sanded and VHTed it. Now is black and tubular awaiting the cracking...I like it though.

reinforce the welds or perhaps fabricate a bracket for it and coat it afterwards

If your purchasing something new and you need to "fix" it before it is even used, then it's just not worth placing on your car
