ported stock mani on stock turbo is the best setup in my opinion. you get gains and reliability of stock manifold not cracking. that is if you are using a stock turbo setup.

I justify money on a car part when it deserves it.

? owning a evo requires me to spend money on mods? I can afford it. But I cant justify spending it and loosing my warranty when Im stock turbo. My evo gets plenty of love from the mod fairy.... Plus I have a X... thank you though

Don't take it personal. I understand your warranty concerns. I think $300 justifiable for a good car part.

Plus I have a X wouldnt fit on my car. It is justifyable but for those who want their warranty and the amount of work in taking off the manifold it wouldnt be worth it IF a problem occurred. IMO

I am so tired of people talking about the ported stocker being the best choice, and theres tons of experienced guys like David Buschur who say this aswell. But it's ****ing nonsense. It gains like 8WHP at the most when you can buy a ****ty *** Megan that will crack in a year but who cares, I can buy 2 megan pieces for the price of just a ported stocker. I'd rather buy a new Megan and gain 15WHP+ every year then have a ported stocker if I didn't care about stealth. Not unless all other manifolds cause serious decrease in power in the band but provide peak power where we don't want it, then it makes no sense at all.

You won't gain 15whp from a Megan/OBX/eBay special.

Its been dyno proven, according to them. But okay. I'm sure most people lie about their results.

I did some tests on my car and the FP Manifold(discontinued) which is sort of like the GT-Spec and Tomei made around 7-8whp over a ported stocker if I'm not mistaken. This was a long time ago so I'm sure a lot of the new manifolds can make even more that that.

Not suprised at all Cwill. The Maynes was supposed to do like 15WHP+ over a ported stocker.

Where can I get in touch with them? The website I find by googling is basically not even a website. And their account on here was disabled??

If they still make manifolds I might get one. They had significant gains from what I could tell. About 3x that of a "ported stocker FTW!!!"
