Titanium isn't the greatest metal to build an exhaust manifold out of anyway.

WATCH YOUR MOUTH SON. what are you saying. if i never ran my car and it was a trailor queen and used just to impress at car shows then that 1 off peace has some interest. but to buy it and use it for racing and have no way to fix it if it cracks is dumb. I think i will make a Mona Lisa Vesion 2.0 and make only 3 of them not for sale so i have exclusivity LOL hell the first one was suppose to be like that

Can't really bend titanium the same way you can bend steel.

I guess that I am stupid and I must have missed some really important threads....but what exactly is a Mona Lisa manifold? Bring me up to speed Rockster! Beam me up, Scotty!

The conventional TIG welding process may not produce the ideal weld on titanium.

I have been researching manifolds for about 16 months now. Basically it is as Rockmanx stated, there are 3 choices to consider, the rest well sorry but overall these are the top 3:

Full-Race http://www.full-race.com/catalog/pro...oducts_id=1018
Mona Lisa https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ve...-manifold.html
Shearer http://shearerfabrications.com/products.php?itemid=159

3 different prices and 3 different gains (depends on mods)
ALL have good looks, but what is more important should be effectiveness.

Full-race seems to have the best application for mid-range power
Mona lisa seems to have best pricing
Shearer seems to have highest peak gains

Don't get me wrong, I only pointed out 1 key aspect that was very different from the others. ALL of them are great manifolds that should be added down the line when the basic mods are completed.

On another note, I would stick to the ported stock manifold (coated is optional) IF you are not moderately modded or putting down "high hp" and then jump to one of the above when ready to save yourself time, money and effort.

The best stock replacement manifold is the new ETS twin gate 38mm MVS. This manifold is the only one of its kind and is the best manifold available for the stock appearing turbos. This design eliminates as much pre turbine back pressure as possible. This would be a better mod than the external dump 02 housing. If you guys have any questions, I’m sure Michael from ETS will gladly chime in.

The manifold has not been tested yet, however I may be looking at testing it for Michael. The design of the manifold is a given it will produce amazing gains. It increases the flow potential manifold over the stock casting design and using the twin 38mm MVS gates off the runners allows the exhaust gases to bypass the turbine wheel, lowering the pre-turbine backpressure and allowing the turbo to operate much more efficiently!

I think the Red/Black at 3-40psi would see much higher gains than the stock turbo.

Mikey

Another manifold that you guys may want to consider
Tested on a FP black car

Ported OEM vs Omega Manifold
