Check Engine Light, If you did your compression test by unplugging the Cam and Crank sensors, instead of unplugging the injectors, it throws a code for the crank/cam sensor, but doesnt matter. you plug them back in, reset the ecu and your good to go.

Does weather matter..it was cold around 20s or less and the car was only running for like 15 minutes...

I suspect a boost leak somewhere. Get a Boost Pressure tester, or send me your address, I will give you mine (Home depot special, but it works perfect). Do this test Next: REMOVE the negative terminal on the battery. (LEAVE IT DISCONNECTED for 10 minutes). Re-connect battery, START THE CAR WITHOUT TOUCHING THE GAS PEDAL, and LET IT IDLE 10 minutes!!! That resets computer (wont ruin your tune) and go for a ride, stomp on the gas to see if smoke is still there. If it is, I suspect a boost leak!!!!!!!!!!!!!
