New clutch blues

So I had my dealership, which is now only a service department, install a new clutch on my evo 9 mr. And I drove nice and easy for 500 miles and every thing seemed fine. Now when I try hard first to second shifts it grinds. And today I went to leave my house and I can't get it in gear, any gear. I had to park outside last night and it got down to freezing.
Any time I bring my RPMs up over say 3500 and push in the clutch the RPMS don't fall they just hang at the RPM slowly dropping
I will be taking it in to get serviced again.
Anyone know whats going on with my car?
btw it is stock.

do you know which fluid they used for your 6-speed transmission? the rpm slowly dropping is normal.

you should take it back and let them know that something is wrong with the install. i would go down there and raise hell over it.

Adjusting your clutch pedal will cure your problems. Try turning the master cylinder rod so your pedal comes outwards.

It goes in gear after it is completely warm.

Now today i took it out and the clutch did not come back up and i did not realize it
and when i started slowing down and down shifting thats when I realized some thing was wrong, I could also smell burnt new clutch. So i pulled the pedle up with my foot and now the clutch seems to work fine except for a clicking sound and an incredably long through.
