My Battery Relocation

where do you hook up the positive wire under the hood to run into the trunk? the positive wire under the hood has three different wires connected to it, are two of those not needed? and what do you do with the ground wire under the hood once the battery is relocated?
I connected all 3 positive wires and put them in a small plastic box, for the positive I connected a wire I had from a ground wire kit I had and connected to the bolt in the middle of the strut bar

I am planning to relocate my battery this summer as I need to improve the winter reliability of my car (Odyssey battery doesn't like to operate below 32F...). I would like to reuse the stock battery and was considering the Taylor Relocation kit because it looks pretty sexy. In terms of a non custom kit I haven't seen anything in this thread to beat it but would welcome advice on other kits to look at.
I have a couple questions:
- Does the included 192in (16ft) stretch from the stock pickup on the left front side of the car all the way to the right rear in the trunk (or at least to a fuse, then to the battery...)?
- For those have used this kit, what parts are included and what terminals, bolts, etc do you need to purchase to complete this kit?

I can't guarantee it but where I am it wont be legal without the box. Maybe if you found a way to secure it. Also for a battery relocation you need a cutoff switch for it to be track legal
Anyone able to comment on 16' of 1g cable being enough to relocated to the passenger side of the trunk?
I would have it bolted down. Even if the track didn't require it, I don't want my battery tumbling around back there.
im runnin an optima red top with the taylor relocation kit, now one thing i did was since the battery requires the use of about 10 ft of the wiring, i just went a group size bigger, due to loss of amps and volts through the gauge wire thats in the kit. As far as cutoff switch, my last track event at battle of imports at fontana speedway in cali, they said next time i cant run until i have a cutoff switch installed most people install the cutoff in either the back bumper, or on the dash somewhere i just gotta consider where to install mine..
Local tracks it has to be available if the car cant be opened. Front or rear bumper are common places but you can probably get pretty creative with it and put it somewhere out of place as long as you mark the location for officials to find it.
