care to explain on this theory kind sir?

I will agree with the above on having the builder tune it also. Takes the guess work out of things.
You will never come up with a clear answer as to what caused it. If you have a melted piston or something, i would bet on the tune though, but not garunteed as the assembly of the fuel system or failure of fuel system could cause this and be out of the tuners control

If you hear something clunking around, chances are it was an assembly problem, but not garunteed as if you just pushed it outside of its limits and something broke off, its not the builders fault.

see where Im going with this?

when a motor blows it can send little pieces of metal through the oil cooler blocking it it causing the motor to eventuallu overheat and blow again that is my taking on why you shouldnt use the oil cooler again

i guess I never really thought of that. I think the chances are kind of unlikely, but deff possible.

unlikely? try VERY likely. other things people don't think about. cleaning the intake manifold out after blowing a motor. metal debris will go up past the intake valves and sit in the intake manifold. need to clean that all out as well.

you have found that metal debris has made it thru a turbo, thru an intercooler and thru 6ft of piping?
Not being an *******, I just think its not very probable, but deff a good thing to check.
Just as a oil cooler is a good thing to check. Where does the oil plumb from and feed back to? I never checked the setup out to be perfectly honest
