i voted for the BBK only because i want to upgradeto it. i like havin the quick stock like spool and the additonal power it gives u. the red is great but for me top hp is not what i am looking for. i'm looking for reliable, great power and great response.

+1..
quick spool is huge IMO - I think a lot of people think of it as only mattering on one single occurrence in a race, but it matters every time you get off the throttle and get back on it

Sort of! However, I think that you may be confusing transient response, with rate of spool. They are not exactly the same thing though.

both turbos are great but it will come down to how much lag you'll be comfortable with. the red will probably outperform the BBK-B up top but it might be a very slight advantage..but we wont know until it comes out. i still will go with the BBK over the Red.

to the op, i vote for the red but that is on e85. But anyway, if i were u doing 93 pump gas, say 25psi of boost, i would get a larger turbo, like a gt35r . I said this is cuz, u need lots of air to make hp on 93 pump gas. Because u can only run so much psi out of 93 pump gas. I bought a red cuz iam switching to e85 also, so i can run 30psi. But iam thinking swithing back to pump gas93 now, but the red on pump can only make like 425hp dynojet. So i kinda regret this. If i would do this again, i'll get the ets hta gt3586 kit, and should be good to like 500hp dynojet on pump.

Depending on mods, 28-29 psi on pump is feasible...

Also, for his needs, a 35R couldn't be more of an incorrect recommendation.
