It seems to be coming around the valve cover but so hard to tell.

 

take valve cover off and check the rollers.and anything loose,

 

Did that already did not find anything unusual. I even put in new lifters and it made no difference. The valve train looks fine.

 

I was going to say hydraulic lifters but if you already checked the rollers and had the valve cover off then it must be something else.

 

The verdict is 2 spun rod bearings on cylinder 3 and 4? The shop claimed my oil pump must of failed causing the bearing to wear. The crazy thing is did build only 1000 miles ago and the bearing are worn down to the rod. I will try to post pictures when I get them.

Who else on here has had an oil pump fail?
