Mark Shead @ MADevelopments in the UK just fitted the EFR 7670 1.05 a/r on Raj Sobratee's evo and will dyno later this week. Check out the thread on lancerregister: http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=373326

Raj started with a twinscroll GT3076R 1.06 a/r (Green Lines), that turbo died prematurely so he changed to a Borg Warner S200SX 1.22 a/r (Blue Lines). EFR 7670 dyno will be posted in a cpl days

^^^^ It's clear to see the non-bb BW outperforms the gt30R at all points in the powerband, despite the 10mm larger turbine wheel and much larger turbine housing a/r.

Made the waste gate dump pipe today, real-estate is becoming scarce under the bonnet now, only 0,5' clearance with radiator, then smack right in the face.... Need a new radiator, cross flow one as there is no space running the intake pipe, water pipe and clutch master....

Will post some pics in a bit...

evo 6 radiator or any custom units such as cbrd where the upper hose is farther down on the upper endtank will make plumbing much easier. on the koyo you have, it can be relocated without too much difficulty

evo 6 rad will not work on my car... or unless you want to do some extensive pipe work. One need also keep a eye out on the boost pipes going to the TB.
the lower pipe need to move outwards... to clear cluct slave cyl. I will check it out TM again...

see pic 3 post # 426

Also see link
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...o-viii-ix.html

on the dimensions and postions drawing. The lower pipe is same place.... then the lower rad pipe will still obstruct the intake pipe... moving it out will help you getting clearance to put a 45 bend in...

Acssa, you can make everything there work. You just have to be more talented with fabrication! Lol

I for one hope there are some more elegant (and user friendly) solutions for these EFR turbos in the works. Not everyone wants to deal with install headaches like these.

The final production models have been out for all of, say, a week. Give it a month or two and the folks making manifolds and downpipes will have a range of bolt-in solutions done. Everything takes time...

T'ing that gate into the other dump tube against the flow is not a good idea - you may throw off the balance of the engine and create excessive back pressure in the gate that is T'd in
