And yes it was an EWG fed through an IWG hole...I believe that was ER's modifcation of my o2 housing.

I think Mike did 690 or so with the stock turbine housing.
porting felt a little "delicate" with how much grinding was done to it.

It's going to take another 100+ HP to get any kind of internal wastegate type "record."

Kind of seems odd to be after a "record" like that when making the claim that this wastegate setup is perfectly capable though.

I'm very interested in seeing the max power stuff though, these internal divided housings look pretty awesome. Hope to see the flapper not be a limiting issue though.

Not sure how I missed that it was an EFR8374. Holy crap. That's ... phenomenal.

Geoff, any plans to bolt-on an EFR7670 for a back-to-back comparo?

i have a lot of plans for this setup, but none involve putting a smaller turbo on... the 8374 is the turbo for me (At least for a little while) finishing up my first vid right now on the speed sensor setup, with a little in-car video of the speed sensor gauge during a short pull. Ive got some work to do this weekend! I want to be on the road course at bondurant next week - nothing like shakedowns on the circuit

edit: ive been beyond happy every time i drive the car - huge thanks to john @ tre for the buttery trans, kiggly's HLA is amazing (my catchcan doesnt fill up at all!) chris moore is sending me a couple updates to the map too so i will try them out today. still need to beat the fenders more and make my wheels fit better. carbonetics clutch is awesome

Question about the bearings:
Are the inner races (2 parts) an interference fit (press fit) onto the shaft?
What I'm thinking about is, what are the chances that they could actually move slightly on the shaft during use, thereby messing up the bearing preload/clearance?

On the other hand, if they are locked down tight to the shaft, then they would follow the shaft axially - thermal expansion and contraction wise. If there was ever much of a temperature difference between the shaft and the outer bearing race - then again there would be a bearing preload/clearance problem. Assuming the shaft temporarily hotter than the outer race, the bearings would temporarily be too loose.

Here's a pic of the inner races (2 parts) from the EFR video:
