new block?

Question new block?

i have a 2005 evo 8 and i am curently putting in an eagle 2.3 stroker kit. i neeed a new block because mine is too messed up.i dont need a crank or anything just a bare block. anyone know where i can find one and how much its going to cost

The cylinder walls are really scuffed up. I only got .20 oversized pistons and that wont be enough bore to take out the scuffs

Sell the pistons and get the correct size you need?

I just let a bare block go for $500 on thursday just to give you an idea.
Price is always determined by demand. I've see them for sale $800, but don't know what they got for them.

I would rather go with a new block rather than bigger bore because its pretty messed up and they said even the bigger bore may not do the job. Id rather not take that chance
