The mysterious Backfire! SES light

I am really starting to get P.O. picked my car up monday from dealer went to work that night, drove it tuesday morning 15 miles max. sat in my garage till thursday, and on my way to work SES light came back on. Still on, on the way home, and drove all over friday, came home got ready for work maybe twenty minutes it sat, hit the freeway for work and it went off, boost guage jumped up, and off it went, why does this keep happing???

It seems like all I see now are posts regarding an intermittent SES light. I believe it's all in the ECU. That's why is supposedly working on a reflash for it.

Thats what the service manager told me he said their running to rich and it sets off the sensors, what is to rich? But still why were my spark plug completely black the last time? Not enough air intake or just bad gas?
And SES light is back on, did this sunday1-11-04 after a two hour drive with a rest of an hour in between, Why???

My spark plugs looked the same way. I know I was getting bad gas. But I never got an SES light. I ran a can of combustion cleaner through it and replaced the plugs. I also try to run a can of 44K every few tanks to keep it clean.

They changed my plugs the last time and, I have been using the high performance gas from 76, Since I picked it up last on the Jan. 4, and get this it went off again on the way home from work last night, I am going to take it in so they have record of the code just in case.. I wish they would solve this problem, I want to put on my BOV and timer, and exhust, but I don't what to mess with it till they figuer it out.
