After I had my ACT clutch installed it became very difficult to get the shifter over to reverse. I really have to manhandle it all the way to the right before pulling it down into the gear.

I have some issue going from 1st to 2nd too.

I'm wondering what the cause could be? If it's something easily adjusted? Any other help.

I had this issue with a ACT 6 puck, streetlite flywheel and 6 speed.


Try putting it in say 3rd gear first, then put it in reverse.


I see you have the HDSS? When I had that clutch shifting was smooth for the most part.

 

Yeah, I have a feeling it was misaligned when they installed it. I've done the other gear trick. Sometimes at start up I'll row the gears and it's a little better.

I'll review the clutch pedal thread, maybe it'll help a bit.
