I want to go with 02 housing over dump but,I'm not sure which 02 housing to go with any suggestions ?
I don't care if I have to spend a good amount of money I want something that will show some power gains

Also how many think I should upgrade my 02 housing or just stay with stock?

 

Best bang for the buck would be the Megan/Ebay O2 housing which has always shown great gains... the CBRD V-Band recirc unit is nice but pricey... then there is the Titek or Map investment cast as well...

Titek Stainless V2 is an excellent choice.
CBRD is a fan of the Invidia.

I think either of them would work well with negligible performance difference between the two.
