Sounds like they did not bleed the ACD pump system completely. When I did mine, it took me awhile to bleed it all the way. I was shocked at how air gets trapped in there. It can be deceiving.
It also sounds like they did not adjust the clutch properly or at all. I would take it back and have them do it correctly. Or do it yourself, both bleeding and clutch adjustment are not that difficult.

After you drive the car, the pump fluid will appear low. You have to wait a little while for the fluid to recirculate back to the reservoir. Bleeding is easy, it just time consuming. As long as you have jack stands and a 10mm wrench, it's a snap.
Put the front up on jack stands. Under the car on the center diff is a bleed screw, it should have a rubber boot on it to keep dust out. Pop the cap on your pump reservoir. Turn the ignition to on and listen for the pump to cycle.
After it cycles key off and crack the bleeder with your 10mm wrench. It doesn't take much to open it, watch for fluid to poor out with air and bubbles. Make sure to keep topping off the fluid reservoir as need. Repeat this as many times as necessary. I think it took me 10 or 15 tries till I was satisfied that all air was purged.

The bleeder is on the bottom of the transfer case. There should be a black rubber cap on it. If you think you've found it but aren't sure, post a pic and we can tell you.
