Looks like I am late for this thread, but here is my experience with Stock Evo 8.5 -> FP 71HTA https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...hra-turbo.html
It basically says the 71HTA seems very similar to stock with a slight (up to 20 ft.lb torqure and 30 HP) improvement above ~5000 rpm.
