Tomei Arms Compressor o'ring

Hey guys. Yesterday I did a boost leak test in my Evo and it seems like my 1yo Tomei is leaking somewhere around compressor housing. Can someone tell me is there any oring or other seal? Maybe is it normal that I hear some sound when I put a lot of air in the turbo?

Thanks!

PS. does anyone know where can I buy this o'ring?

Yeah there is an o-ring that goes around the base flange of the compressor section to seal against the housing.

I don't know if it uses the same size core as an evo9, but if it does heres the P/N for an evo9 turbo o-ring: MD613777

As long as the CHRA has the same size, I am pretty sure the O-ring should be the same.

Tomei answers emails most cases, so try to contact them.

They do list a rebuilt kit at their product page, so I am sure you can get parts for your turbo.

Good luck.

Try Snail turbo. They make decent turbos at reasonable price. Also great customer service. Tomei turbos are basically 20G EVO IX turbo anyway.

I don't need a new turbo, just a new oring

Of course, they can help with that too. Since they make whole turbos, they have parts too.
