Thoughts? help appreciated

so i had to have my head welded because the timing belt came apart. got it back and now i am getting ready to throw everything back together and i notice this



will this be an issue??? they vaccum tested and said all is well. it is the same machine shop my tuner/builder uses for everything. just want to be 100%

what would you do?

They need to pull that seat, weld that up, and redo the hole of the seat. It looks like they already tried to fix that area and didn't quite get it 100%...

I would take that to a different machine shop. Just my opinion. I would not install that as it sits today.

I would sell that head and buy a stock one that's never been damaged.. I don't think I'd feel comfortable trying to make power on that

Better safe than sorry. Wouldn't want to install and then figure out it was an issue. Weird that the shop would let you install that.
