Got the car running. It’s idling in the 11s. Rich as ****. I hooked up evoscan and it’s not reading fuel trims. I’m so frustrated...

Did you connect all the wires? Maybe you missed a ground?

This is a good time to call it a night (before you break something). Sleep on it and something could pop on your mind that could be the solution. I'll dig a bit to see if I can find anything.

Try pulling off your fuel pump relay #3. It's possible that your relay is failing and giving full power.

By pulling relay, your fuel pump will only get 8V

don't know about the readings, but if your fuel pump is seeing 12V, your pump is overrunning your return line. Then fuel pressure at idle rises from 33 psi to 55ish.

Just to be clear, don't drive your car without this relay. You won't have high boost fuel flows.

I checked fuel pressure at idle and it’s where it’s always been. With bigger cams should it be richer or leaner? Even still I wouldn’t see it changing this much maybe a point.

It should be in closed loop once warmed up. During warm up, I read it's supposed to run lean at idle too. I can't verify because I wouldn't trust my UEGO readings until sensor warms up. But 11 at idle doesn't sound right.
