I'll let the owner come in but you're all wrong.

Oil is clean and bearings are good. As soon as I noticed the issue I haven't driven it since. I already replaced my oil pressure gauge sensor and still, replaced the oil filter housing thinking the press relief valve was stuck open and nothing. My bearing clearances are withing specs. Next I am thinking to replace the oil pump. I have 88 psi when cold and when I rev it wont go any higher than 80 ish. As temp rises press drops but when you rev is like it hits a wall, and if its fully warm it wont go pass 60 psi. fully warm it will idl around mid 20s.

Curious as to how much power your car is making and do you have an oil cooler?

Is a new build so haven't gone for power yet. I was about to start street tuning it when I noticed the issue. Yes I have an upgraded STM oil cooler race kit.

Stop driving it, pull the oil pump and inspect it.

While you're taking it apart, see if the timing belt tension is set wrong and ten tensioner arm is bottomed out on the tensioner body.
