And ball bearing. Yes! Choices. Do they need the same crank case ventilating as other turbos FP BBs?

Ive run mine for ~4 years (or something like that) on the standard feed and drain lines. So really nothing special. Been to long to remember the details on it but I know I researched what it needed and this was the way to go.

What's the spool like on the BBK Full BB?

This was from 2015 and just a baseline tune on the old 2.3l. We had issues with the plugs and breaking up a bit up top and just ran a flat duty cycle with boost dropping past 5500. Now its on the 2.2 and holding more boost but I just tune it myself from logs while racing and havent been back to the dyno since.

FWIW my mivec 2.2/red almost spools that fast. The difference is likely about imperceptible in the car on course.

This is why I honestly think small turbos are overrated in spool characteristics if you have the right combo...

I'd assume only because most of us are 2.0L. If I had more displacement, my turbo size would move up accordingly, if it still responded the same.

Better pics of the G30 turbine since I have the housing off to send to Jet Hot. She's svelte, and the profile is... intriguing.

Truth! 400 lb ft by 3700-3800 is respectable . We've got an engine that can only consume so much air (down low) and will go to 7500-8000 proud with an MHI housing.

Regarding the bbk full, IIRC its a 550whp turbo that tapers a bit after 6500-7000.

Really looking forward to the G30 results.

Garrett released what I assume is the rest of the line.
