Wasn't expecting a turbo change so soon he seemed so happy with the 67

More is More.

But circling back to the clutch discussion. The exedy triple is proven and works well.

Exedy Triple here at about 900whp. It is VERY street friendly.

Does he have a 4 inch exhaust on the car or 3.5?

I'm still looking to run the new ACT twin when I get my next engine together. Looks super easy to service and individual parts can be changed out. Sprung single hub. Lots of different disc options. Torque rating is 700-1100 ftlbs according to the video and price is going to be around $1400. I've always liked my ACT clutches that I've run over different cars and I think this will be a home run option.

That will likely be my next clutch as well and I have been very happy with all the ACT clutches I ran in the EVO. The 6 puck sprung with heavy duty pressure plate grabs hard with 530ft/lbs@wheels and shifts like butter at 8500rpm on the 2.15L and 9000rpm on the 2L.

Same here. I've had their 6 puck in other cars and I run their 4 puck in my evo. No issues shifting for me either. Pretty easy to modulate as well. Noise isn't something I pay attention to, my fuel pump and rear diff make more noise than any clutch lol.

This video makes me think I bought the wrong Clutch. I know one has been tested on youtube. But still has not been released.

Act has melted and seized everything fused. Not good at all for any stop and go.
