thats awesome post the case number etc so that anyone else gets a BS ticket like that they can use that in their court hearing might be helpful.
Also I would have loved to see the look on the DA and cops face when the judge said that talk about gettin owned in front of everyone thats AWESOME
I'd of been like "how does it feel to be humiliated in front of the court like that bish next time think before you screw with me"
HAHA I love when cops get shot down like that there is a reason they are refered to as pigs and cases like this make me laugh everytime I'm just very glad you won I was totolly pissed off for you first time I read your original post.

Make copies of the court transcript and keep it in your glovebox for the next time a cop tries to give you a ticket.
yes you won, but not really because anyone can be pulled over for the same violation. The law has not been changed! The court did not change the law, it simply dismissed the citation. If the court had said yeah, this law sucks and unenforceable, then that would have been a different story.
Yes you won but the fact of the matter remains that other drivers will be harassed by this ridiculous law in the future. The transcript will be of little use, sorry.

Congratulations.
You would think it was a freakin murder trial or something.
And this is why our court systems are bogged down with cases and our jails are overcrowded.
