Well, I guess this was just some type of preliminary hearing and everything was set for January 10th. I was in a good mood walking into court thinking that all this is going to be over with in a few short minutes, nope I have to go back again. I was thinking to myself whatever happened to a speedy trial, not one that has been dragging out for 3-4 months? Sorry for the bad news people.
Good luck man! I wish I cold be there, so that the minute they announce your innocence I can hunt down the original judge and cop and slap them both silly with a dead fish or something...

But on the bright side about 2 weeks ago I was at a co-workers house and his brother in law was the sergeant that was on duty. To say the least he is a rightous cop and heard about the ticket. He will be there with me, and my lawyer. He called it a "State Patrol" ticket. There was a post a few days ago with the same thing just in northern WI. I guess this is common for WI State patrol to give "these" kinds of tickets. Now that I have a cop from the same city on my side, I have no reason to believe that I will finally walk away from this.
