Anyways, I agree, Evo_toy is ignorant if he can't accept the fact that there are some sweet cars other than our "beloved" Evos...the domestics are catching up...

Domestics are definitly competing against the Evo, but I dunno about catching up. They can perform as well, but if the parts cost exponentially more, then that kind of performance will be availible to too few. However, they can compete at the same level none the less, and thats not something that could be previously said about Cadallacs

Yeah Vishnu did a great job, I couldn't believe they gave them a low drivability rating because of the "laggy engine" and the "loud exhaust". I was also surprised that they only ran an 11.6 @120, with the beefy GT35R I was guessing low 11's at about 130. Also they said the car had like 475bhp thats only like 375whp on their DD. Are these numbers accurate?

) whp on his dyno with 91 oct right before the event. That was the final tune number for the C&D event.Remember, the 11.6 was on 93 octane and that was the first pass.
Laggy engine because it was using a GT35R on 93 and it was loud because it was catless.
Maybe that answers some questions? All of this was previously covered about 2 months ago in the Vishnu forums in a C&D discussion. I'll try to find the link to that thread.

Not that I'm shaving hairs, but isn't 390 the equivelent of 546 crank hp?
I take it the contestants were quoting crank hp.
Were you just being conservative?
