There are lots of hotels and motels near the Busted Solutions shop. If you go around there in the daytime, you should be able to find inexpensive acccomodations very easily. Perhaps if you show up in person at the local sheriffs office of the local police station, they'll take your statement and write a report. I think if you get the wheels rolling, the authorities will have to pick up George on charges of theft by taking or larceny, or some other such crime.

Good luck

What I don't understand is, this is blatant theft, why won't athorities or even federal athorities follow up on this? This is a ton of money and property being stolen here. I don't get it...

The BS website is still operating, still taking orders. It seems George is not finished ripping people off.

I talked to my lawyer today. He said that we all need to get a local lawyer in Georgia and he will handle all of our cases together. If not, fees will be worth more than the money we lost. Let me know if you guys set something up. If not, I will be paying him a visit in the next few weeks.

Gwinnett County Police decided to call me today after they heard from a local tv station (thanks, that was a good idea). You need to call 770-513-5100 to file a complaint and get a case number. The investigator is:

Lieutenant Buzz Benson
Property Crimes Commander
Gwinnett Police CID
Email: buzz.benson@gwinnettcounty.com
Tel: 770 513-5349

If we get this case to court using a county prosecutor that will only cover the criminal part. I agree with TTpete that we need a local lawyer for a civil suit. The Georgia State Bar recommends attorneys - 800-334-6865. Who wants to coordinate?

The police said there were "quite a few" complaints against Boost Solutions, I told them I thought they will hear from quite a few more people. I also asked if there was something they could do about shutting down the website, it makes no sense for more people to get robbed.

I think the more people that file a complaint, the faster the police will work. They still don't sound very concerned.

Guys also keep an ear out for my stuff. While i was away at the SEMA show for a week in Vegas someone went into my garage, and stole my Motor, Transmission, HKS front mount, Front bumper, AEM EMS, HKS BOV, HKS 1000cc injectors, OBD2 scan tool, and my socket set Funny thing is I had a brand new exhaust and a few other parts that were not for an evo sitting on the floor of my garage that no one touched. I filled a police report with Gwinnett police but they didn;t seem to interested. Just told me to call my insurance company. I suspect it was George or atleast someone very familliar with the evo. Because the avg person would not be able to tell one part from another that was taken. Like my hks injectors which were in a box with another set if stock injectors and a few bolts. They left the stock ones but took the hks which look almost the same except they are blue.

P.S. no matter how mad you get take if from me do not try and punch the wall you will not win, I now have a car which the insurance company is probable going to total and a broken right hand

You probably should post the serial numbers of all the parts you can. I'm sure the AEM EMS definitely has a unique serial number and if they try to sell it at least the ppl in the forum will know it's stolen.......

Wow, looks like anybody who ever did business with BS is likely to be victimized again ..... Look out guys. If you got nice stuff and the BS crew knows about and knows your movements you might be next........
