I believe you're looking for the Idle Air Control Valve that is on the throttle body. If this is not true, let me know. If it is true, here are the part numbers based on production dates of the vehicle.

I need the part number for this "c-shaped" clip pictured below near the top of the image. Also, is this part Evo X specific, or would one from a five-speed Lancer work?
I've got an 800 mile drive today & mine is being held together by zip ties-- it worked for the 150 miles I drove yesterday, but I'd like to get the piece on order as soon as possible.
:::edit:::
I meant to post in Evo X thread. I suck at this forum. Jesus.

I am looking for this part of the ebrake assemble on the drum/shoe that holds the top two tension springs in place. It rests on top of the primary mounting bolt to the axle.
The reference number I got from a diagram that came from the Mitsubishi ASA was 52353 but that doesn't appear to be an orderable part number off sites, and when I got an email back from mitsubishiparts.net about other parts, the part numbers were not the same as that reference number.
The part of the picture itself is here, I have highlighted the part on the diagram and then highlighted the real life part. Its simply a thin piece of metal with wings on it and a hole in the middle to rest on the mounting bolt and then the springs go on top of it.
