I think that there are two ways to look at companies. First is tuning shops (as many of the parts suppliers are also tuners) and second is parts. If you're close to one that does both, like Vishnu or Buschur, then I say go with them. Otherwise, I'd either plan mods around one of their tuning days near you (so you can have them tune the mods) or I'd find a local shop that you're comfortable with. I found a shop that tunes a lot of Evos, but they use a different line of parts than I had been looking at. I've decided to go with many of their suggestions to start, and see where that takes me. Best of luck, and have fun. I also think it helps to set a goal, and see what information you can find on the boards here about hitting that WHP. You will probably learn a lot about a shop if they can tune safely and within a reasonable margin of the numbers you're seeing here (very rough way to gauge, but I think you know what I mean.)
