i have 2 evos and i wouldnt mind either. I love the boxer rumble but i also love the sound of an evo opening up ;D

Your joking???Evo with out thinking sti's are the biggest junkers 400 whp are they have issues..To make 500 whp you need $15,000 easy or more!!Evo ca ndo it with $5,000.

I don't think everyone who buys these cars are looking to put down that much power. Some just want decent power to have fun with as a dd. Plus any car car you mod that much will eventually have problems.

I would go with the EVO 9. They are both great cars. I would use the EVO for a drag car and use the sti as a daily car.

another thought... all the sti's i have been seeing for sale have "New" motors at 60k miles and my friend bought a 06 new and had to replace the motor at 20K.... there bunked

STi's are great cars they feel like they have real raw power, where the Evo feels so precise and on point....and thats why I chose the Evo over the STi.......oh and the fact that Evo's take mods much better than STi's

i have alot of friends here with sti's and they cant even make over 400 reliably without worrying about rod bearings. they spend more money to make that also. Our stock turbo's can make 400 as well as our stock block without any issue, the sti is a lesser car imo.
