sounds like the best way ^^.
go talk to the top manager and explain to him your situation first. tell him the mileage when you left it and then go check together and see if its the same. now i could see added miles on the car if they actually did some work on it. but since you said nothing was done, then maybe 1 mile extra . for them maybe to check the problem.

btw , what are you gonna ask for if you find out that your car was used?

this is why I always set my BC to 10 psi and write down how many miles before I leave it at a shop to do whatever.

holy ****.. i'd be pissed.. what i do to stop this type of thing is, i write the mileage on a post-it and put it over the instrument cluster.. just incase those **** get to dreaming of tearing on my car.

damn, thats BS. i have a friend that works for Mitsu and he hasnt seen anything like this. my advice to you is ask for the general manager on duty. let him take you to the office and tell him what you heard. if he tells you that he doesnt believe you or wont do anything, then you ask for his boss. im sure he wont want that, so im sure he will help you in whatever way he can...... one being fire the detailer on the spot and compensating you for credit or however they will do it. as long as you have the detailer's name, im sure it will work out. good luck on the adventure at hand and post up what happens.

i work for a mitsu dealership here in the bay area.. n none of us has ever done those thngs. never heard of someone tryn to do that. were i work at are all mature people n dont tolerate those knd of thngs..daym that sucks man. hpe thngs work out though.

n mitsubishi doesnt suck.. jus some bad apples
