5 evos just arrived...

its finally here, i drove a yellow one, pulled so many eyes its ridiculous, im very impressed by the lack of turbo lag compared with any turbo 4 cylinder anywhere near this much power, the handling is phenominal, the first thing i noticed was how quick the reaction is when you budge the steering wheel, i dont care what anemities you give up, im buying one myself, well, back to work, lots of appointments, i hope you all love your new evos.... now i understand why the rest of the world holds this car in such high esteme, adios.

We just received five EVO 8's - All 5 have the large carbon fibre spoiler...

1 - Silver with sunroof
1 - Yellow with sunroof
1 - Black with sunroof
1 - Silver no sunroof
1 - Yellow no sunroof

MSRP + $5,000 (no joke!)

All I can say is that if someone drove my car and boosted the car to check for turbo lag I would be quite pissed, especially if I was paying out the a$$.

By the way, I drove one... they're too much car for most you kids out there in "IjustgottahavaEVOland".

As Simon says, "I'm not trying to be rude but..."

Actually that is a joke. Most people on here are only going to dealers selling at MSRP. Some of us (myself not included) are getting invoice. Look through the forum. There are plenty of dealers not marking up like that.

By the way, I'm 30 and I can more than afford this car (actually this would be a 3rd car for me). I'll buy an actual $35k car before I spend that much on a $29k car...

If it is such a hot car and is selling so fast, why would you need to advertise on a message board.

IMHO we should not allow dealers to advertise here for anything over MSRP (including dealer add-on options).

Good question Moderator...
I thought I was doing everyone (in SoCal) a service by letting them know there is a dealer here that actually has evo8's in stock.
I can also answer questions about MSRP, weight, options, etc.
Since there seems to be so much misinformation out there.
Piece Out!

Yeah KK should charge 15% above his normal advertising rate, just because he happens to run the site that is popular right now, and lots of people want the service.

concord,
thats good that you were riding with customer. Makes a big difference.
Rest of the comments were not toward you, but to our other advertising friend, so sorry for the confusion.

Another thought I had though...
Will dealers give a customer 15k more when the customer comes in to trade one in for another car? What if more specifically that customer had bought their evo at the same dealer for 15k above sticker initially?

(that means "and all others" for those who don't know Latin)

I'm here for you, man! When you're ready to buy. Don't feel like you have to be ashamed to call me. My number is right there in front of you. And YES...you're going to pay MSRP + $5K or your going to walk your bitter self out of our store!
