No snow in Philly yet, but when it comes I' ve got the Hankook Icebears on. No friggin way I would go all winter on Advans.

You live in Chicago and expect to get away with all-seasons? I hope you have a good insurance policy because you'll be writing off that Evo pretty soon.

Personally, I run winter tires in the winter. I bought a spare set of stock Enkei rims for $500 from the classifieds here on EvoM.net and had some Dunlop DS-1 Graspics mounted up. So far, I've used them for 2 Canadian winters without any drama. I think this will be the last winter I can get out of this set.

Don't skimp on snow tires! AWD won't save your a$$ if you have no grip.
