Many possibilities. I'm also not entirely confident you performed a proper boost leak test if you found 0 leaks with all those mods and have never done a test before. I found 5 on mine the first time and have only encountered one Evo that had no leaks that wasn't stock (when doing the test myself).

 

on the dyno it did 20.7 to 17.1

 

Ive done many boost leak test before...i did em every oil change in my SRT(every 2k) And did not just one test today but did multiple tests with the same results

 

Assuming it's done the exact same way on both cars and that you performed it properly on the Evo, I'd still be very surprised that you didn't have even the slightest leak up to 25psi with all those mods (especially an LICP). If you really did, then that's pretty amazing. Need more info to diagnose any perceived problems, though.
