Define having problems...I call those opportunities to modify and rebuilt

This is not a mileage question. Its not that simple, like at 140 miles: your oil will turn to gold, but only at 140 miles.

It all depends on how you maintain, drive, and live with your car.

I've seen cars in better condition at 100k miles than others at 10k miles; it all depends on how the owner takes care of the car. Treat the car well and it should do the same for you in return. Keep in mind that the Evo is made by Mitsu though so it will not hold together as well as a Honda/Toyota.

Time to go back to the "drawing board" for better questions. You're asking for nearly the impossible. Like asking how long can the average guy go without climaxing? So many variables to account for, my newbie friend.

You need to learn about cars... This all goes back to how the car is cared for. This is any car. I had a 240sx that had 130k on it and it ran perfectly. Made 140hp and 150tq on the stock engine. Look at the Supras. There are some with 200k plus on the original stock block making over 500hp. If you maintain it and do the oil changes and trans/diff fluid when your supposed to and drive it normally (the car was meant to be pushed on, but not all the time) than it will be fine. Anything else that happens is due to unseen circumstances. A quick climate shift from hot to cold or vice versa can make a seal leak or blow out. Also I have a friend with over 100k on his Evo and he does regular Mtn. runs. Still on stock turbo and stock block with mild mods.
