Looking to rid of all my gauges except a rpm tack. Do you guys know how to connect a macintosh and touch screen up to a user friendly ecu?

I have this simple interior design mapped out but need to delete the instrument panel from the dash and replace it with a computer screen that reads all the necessary information

All I want my Dash to consist of is a RPM Tack and LCD monitor that reads all the other information. Is there an ECU that lets me display all this on a LCD

it would literally take me a day to sit here and list all possible turbos and applications

I wouldn't really consider that modding for dummies material...if you are upgrading turbos you should know enough about them to pick one yourself

I come from N/A, so I know little to nothing about turbos. There are so many options out there, where should I begin?

You need to decide how you'll be using your car (street, race track, quarter mile), your power goals, and your budget. Then start reading on here to see what turbo meets those requirements.
