It was in the ignition fuse itself. Not 'blown' but the connections inside the fuse, or on the box. Ran a wire from the fuse box to the ignition switch, opperable from a manual toggle swith put on the dash. Like a 'cut off'. Bypassed it all together. Problem solved. Life is good Thanks soooooooooo much for all the help and leads. Back in the saddle again!
