not so much a regret, but more like a realization. i thought my gtworx springs would get me closer to my handling goals, but i still get tons of body roll. i'll get a rear sway bar and see what that does, but i know i'll be getting coilovers after that.

 

injectors, 850's were too small.

Regret moving my battery to the trunk on my evo 9. I have a zero guage running from the back to the front. A 4 guage running from the front to the rear plus to grounds in the rear. Have such a hard time cranking my car at cold start.

 

Anyone regret getting s3's?

Megan racing turboback. At least I learned my lesson on cheap products on the first one. Looks ok, just doesn't sound great. It's not very aggressive sounding, just a big base note. Kinda annoying and boring actually. I think it might just have too many resonators. I'm either gonna try to find a used Greddy TI catback, or get a full Buschur Magnaflow turboback. Also getting a cat this time, the smell is getting annoying. Didn't bother me on my last car but it seems stronger on this one. maybe I'm just growing up a bit.

 

You probally have an exhaust leak or a bad tune. With ID1000's I dont get any smell with no cat.

 

It's stock tune. Could be a leak, but it's definitley a catless smell. It's the same smell I got on my last car just stronger. I just assumed it was due to worse emissions or something.

 

I actually did ! I bought my 9 with that on it already. It wasn't that bad, it had a nice tone to it straight 3" piping no resonator not what I would buy but no complaints.
